Why does the availability calendar show green even when only 3 or 4 team members are available?
StratSync’s availability system works as a relative heatmap, not an absolute player count tracker. Green doesn’t necessarily mean that every player on the roster is available — it highlights the time slots with the highest availability within your team.
For example, if your team currently has 4 active members and all 4 are available at a certain time, that slot will appear green because it represents maximum availability for your current roster.
We designed it this way because not every team is operating with a full 5-player lineup at all times. Teams that are still building their roster, trialling players, or interviewing new members can still quickly identify the best times to schedule scrims, practice sessions, or meetings based on the players they currently have.
This approach makes the availability view more flexible and useful for teams of all sizes.
